Welcome to Desert Sound and Vision LLC. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Desert Sound and Vision provides professional installation services including, but not limited to, home theater setup, security camera installation, surround sound, TV mounting, and related services.
2. Quotations and Pricing
- All quotes provided are estimates based on the information available at the time.
- Final pricing may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, changes in project scope, or additional work requested.
- Any changes to the original scope may require a revised quote.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
- Appointment times will be scheduled in advance and confirmed via phone or email.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Desert Sound and Vision reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for late cancellations or no-shows.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure access to the installation site at the agreed time.
- All necessary permits or approvals must be obtained by the customer before installation if required.
- The customer is responsible for backing up any data or equipment prior to installation.
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods will be communicated prior to service delivery.
- Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
6. Warranty and Liability
- Desert Sound and Vision guarantees workmanship for 30 days after installation.
- Manufacturer warranties on products will be passed through to the customer.
- Desert Sound and Vision is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our work.
- Liability is limited to the cost of services provided and does not extend to consequential damages.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desert Sound and Vision shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials provided by Desert Sound and Vision remain the intellectual property of Desert Sound and Vision unless otherwise agreed.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Your State].
